Do We Know That We Are Free?

In this episode, we explore the idea of a mental prison—one built not with bars, but with fear, pride, shame, anxiety, and the stories we tell ourselves. Even when the door is open, it can feel safer to stay where things are familiar rather than step into freedom.

Often, we don’t need new instruction—we need reminders of what is already true. When we replace false narratives with truth, everything begins to shift.

As Scripture reminds us, transformation comes through the renewing of our minds. When we intentionally focus on what is true, right, and good, we begin to move from dysfunction into freedom.
